Girl Recovers Lost Cash in Buffalo Lake
Gladys Lee eight spots a billfold in Buffalo Lake containing about 800 dollars lost a year ago. The billfold belonged to Dr. F. L. Miller of Portales New Mexico and held over 600 dollars plus papers. The recovery occurred near the lake’s upper end while Gladys and her parents fished. Dr. Miller, who had searched earlier, asked to reclaim the money but the family kept it and notified him. The party also caught four catfish.

98 year old grocer foils safe robbery at store
