Pioneer Amarillo Druggist Andrew S S Dickson Dies
Andrew S S Dickson, 65, a pioneer Amarillo pharmacist since 1900, died of a heart attack this morning around 11 at the Fish Building. He had lived at 1930 Harrison Street and built the Dickson Drug Store at 821 Polk Street in the Paramount Building. Survivors include his wife Edith, a sister-in-law, five sisters across Missouri and Oklahoma, two brothers, and his son J Douglas Dickson. The body lay at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home awaiting funeral arrangements.
