Shamrock woman killed as two Panhandle cars collide in New Mexico

A head-on crash on a hill in New Mexico killed Mrs. O. R. Gregory of Shamrock and seriously injured Mrs. George Mansur of 917 Austin Street. Two men were only slightly hurt. The accident occurred as Mr. and Mrs. Mansur returned from a short vacation and Mr. Gregory and Mrs. Mansur were in the other car. Ambulances transported the injured to Tucumcari hospital. Mr. Mansur is tied to White's Auto Stores in Amarillo.
