Miami Divorce Reform Seen

Cir cuit Judge C E Chillingworth says future Miami divorce suits may face stricter scrutiny after a broad investigation. Attorney O B White was suspended 30 days for filing fictitious papers in 42 of 132 cases. Seven Miami lawyers faced discipline, with reprimands or five year suspensions. The inquiry reduced filings and prompted procedural reforms.

Amarillo Youth Wins Path To Army Air Corps Flying Cadet

Cadet Roy P. Hill Jr of Amarillo after repeated attempts finally earns ground school completion at Kelly Field and is set for primary flight training. Born 22 years ago to Mr and Mrs Hill he faced eye issues and a hernia but persisted through physicals in Fort Sill Wichita Falls Dallas and Amarillo. He paid his own way while working at Woods Implement and Allis Chalmers before being accepted by the army traveling board in January.
