Pastor Denies Divorce Allegations in San Antonio Suit
Rev. William D. Welburn Jr. denies marriage and paternal claims by Wineta Long Welburn in a divorce action filed in San Antonio. She seeks custody of a son born November 18, 1933, and $75 monthly alimony. Welburn surrendered credentials December 17 and says he met the plaintiff at a church youth event and helped start a Bible school.
