Garter Snake Wins Class Favorite at Lord Selkirk School
Oscar the foot long garter snake is a class favorite in the science room at Lord Selkirk School Winnipeg. Found last September by a student from a nearby ditch the green yellow and grey snake observes skulls cattle owls and butterflies from its glass case. It has escaped twice slipping to the first floor and then vanished after mixing with other items in the school.
