Doll Collection Grows Into Notable Exhibit
Mrs. Herbert O. Willborn of 138 Wayside has a doll collection exceeding 200 pieces spanning cloth, china, wax, bisque and Parian works. The display includes German papier mache dolls from 1840, a plant of French Bisque figures, and diverse foreign dolls from Hawaii to Argentina. A music box doll and a Chelsea eye specimen are among highlights as she plans an addition for display and hopes to exhibit with relatives’ collection someday.
