A committee of 40 educational experts from high schools and colleges in Texas and Oklahoma will visit March 22 to 24. The purpose is to assess school competence and staffing, with broader disinterested review beyond principal R. B. and staff.
Amarillo High School undergoes evaluation to meet accrediting standards for transfer and college entry. The process covers administration, facilities, staff, and the educational program, with emphasis on curriculum, pupil activities, library, guidance, instruction, and outcomes, plus in service teacher training.
Miss Sharleen Barker and Doris Gale Crownover lead the state’s skit project as directors. The troupe will present the act in the morning at Innetat Yili-Wade.
