Sheriff Sells Defendant Property At Amarillo District Court
On March 12 1926 by order of sale the Potter County District Court authorized levy on the defendant’s real property to satisfy a tax lien. Sheriff Wiley Pollard seized Lot 12 in Block 1 Wolfflin addition Amarillo and will offer it on the first Tuesday of April 1926 at the court house for cash to the highest bidder with redemption rights protected.
