Arrange Rites For Graham Bell
Funeral services for Graham Bell aged 43 of 117 North Bowyer who died yesterday at Northwest Texas hospital will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday in Blackburn Shaw Memorial chapel with Dr Newt Robison officiating. Graveside rites in Vega will be conducted by Rev Jess Bolin. Pallbearers: Jack Vincent Howard Trigg James Halliburton Gene Halliburton J R Purcell Vernon Berry. Bell worked with surveyor Howard Trigg for 12 years. He became ill several days ago.

Jury unable to reach verdict in Dudley divorce case
In Potter County Court of Domestic Relations Lloyd Bryan Dudley versus Frances Emogene Dudley, jurors were dismissed after a days long trial without a verdict. A central issue concerned a weight gain of about 1500 head of cattle and the rising cattle market since October 17. The jury was submitted yesterday before reporting a hopeless deadlock.
