Architect FE F Rittenberry will finish plans for a 22 room building at Twenty First and Hughes and additions at San Jacinto and North Amarillo. Construction aimed to finish by September 1 for the new term.
City commission will review four water plans submitted last night. Mayor Lee Bivins was away from the city for the meeting. Submitting firms include We Land Engineering, Denver and Vuello, Redwood Manufacturing, Layne Texas, Mouston, and the Oklahoma City based Wex Weal company.
