Jesse L. Brundage division manager of Lee Way Motor Freight will retire effective April 1 after 28 years in transportation. He and wife plan to move to Mesa Arizona where they will settle. Brundage leaves a firm with routes between Amarillo Oklahoma City and Clovis New Mexico and a nine year perfect attendance record.
Succeeding Mr. Jordan as vice president is Bob Epperson, a director of the club. Mike Slattery will take Mr. Brunadge's place as Lee Way division manager, arriving from Oklahoma City to start April 1 in Amarillo.
The Motor Supply Co is reorganizing as closed corporations in Amarillo Pampa and Clovis under Texas and New Mexico charts. Incorporators are Tom C. Connally Carl L. King and Clyde Bassett with capital stocks of 70000 40000 and 40000 dollars respectively. They purchased the three businesses in February 1944 from R L McCelland of Enid Oklahoma.
