In Ma on City the storm damaged horses, crops, and telephony equipment totaling about 150000 dollars. Clements Child Escapes Death Under Car
Two year old Yootsle Clements, daughter of Mr and Mrs J Clements, narrowly escaped being crushed when her stroller fell in front of a slowly moving car at the Millercat golf club. John Croft did not see her. bumper knocked her down but she crawled away between wheels as a rear tire passed. She suffered severe bruises but no broken bones or internal injuries, after the car was stopped and she was treated in town.
