Ruth Rubens pleads guilty in Soviet illegal entry case

Ruth Marie Rubens American wife of an alleged passport fraudster pleaded guilty in a Moscow municipal court to entering Soviet Russia on a false passport. She received 18 months prison time considered served due to time already spent in custody and will be freed. The case stems from a fraudulent birth certificate and a false identity used to enter the Soviet Union under the name Robinson.

Ramsey Rites Today For Potter County Deputy
