A flood in the valley of Mexico leaves about 400 dead as residents recover 255 bodies from under six feet of mud in the San Pedro Church where 350 were trapped. Deaths rise beyond Mexico City in Xochimilco Milpa Alta San Gregorio and surrounding towns.

The weapon was a pistol and an examining trial was set for this afternoon. She did not speak.
