London's Autograph King Claims to Have Best Collection
W Reginald Bray known as the Autograph King owns what he calls the largest autograph collection in the world with more than 10 000 signatures. He includes Captain Hermann Koehl Baron von Hunefeld Major Fitzmaurice and figures from Pope Pius X to Lloyd George. Bray gathers autographs by clipping articles and asking for signatures by postcard without paying or influencing subjects. His mischief as a hobby once drew Postal Service ire for sending odd items through the mail. His only regret is the absence of Lindbergh’s signature.
