Schools Fail To Make Deal In Potter Randall County

Highland offered 15 sections in Randall County south of Bushland for a similar block in Potter County, but Bushland saw no clear gain in valuation or student eligibility. Both county boards must approve any step, as the districts are already partially consolidated with Highland students attending Bushland and Highland high schoolers attending Waldorado High School.
