Missing Nunoca Sparks Vast Coast Guard Search

July 21 jurors heard Hi Hub Stanley face trial for the daylight June 29 Priona State Bank robbery. Bank cashier C E B McLean testified identifying Stanley as one of two robbers and detailing the holdup. Claude Wall testified to Stanley's prior record, with J C Britton, escaped partner, charged and to be tried after Stanley. Black Legion Blamed In Murder Confession

Dayton Dean, a triggerman and star witness, confessed that a World War veteran Silas Coleman was shot to thrill six Black Legion members on May 25 1935 in Detroit. Dean named six participants including Colonel Harvey Davis and noted three others are already in custody. Two more suspects, James Roy Lorrance and Charles Rouse, are being sought.
