Charge youth in Lubbock slaying

A murder charge with malice is filed against Richard W. Mc Gee 24 formerly of Pampa in the slaying of Allston 42 a Lubbock businessman yesterday afternoon. Mc Gee is the subject of a statewide manhunt after being last seen in Brownfield where he cashed a $10 check under the She Weather name of his mother. Officers traced a telephone call to the bus station but no bus was taken out of Brownfield.
