In Houston on January 21 W J McKinley offered his car to reach more than thirty miles per hour during a speeding case. The bus clocked thirty five miles an hour upon check and McKinley paid fifteen dollars. The case then moved on with a brief continuation.

Domestic Trouble May Be Weathered by Hart Family
Los Angeles January 21 William Hart and his wife Winifred Westover Hart faced a court decision as she won a superior court suit to end a separation ban on returning to film work. William Hart planned a New York trip but will appeal. Mrs Hart suggested conciliation could occur if he allows her to return, even as she would surrender a trust fund and abandon acting plans.

Bandits Confess to Multiple Texas New Mexico Thefts
A signed statement alleges Earl Beschke and Harry ONeill formed a partnership in El Paso on December 3 and robbed houses in El Paso Juarez Dalhart Amarillo Plainview and Abilene. Jewelry watches rings and a bank contain $1.85 were taken and later sold in Plainview Lubbock and other towns.
