Dalhart Judge Tatum critically ill with heart failure

District Judge Reese Tatum of the 49th district, a pioneer Panhandle attorney who arrived in Dalhart in 1903, lies seriously ill in a local hospital with a failing heart. His condition has fluctuated since December 22 after ptomaine poisoning and a bronchial infection.
