The two fought again yesterday in the courthouse. Dale Jr., 22, later clashed with Rowan and was arrested on a liquor charge pending since September.
State rangers and sheriff's officers uncovered a massive corn liquor operation in the northeast county near four corners. They found 6 500 gallons of working mash and seized a 500 gallon copper still. Destruction of the mash was not completed by noon. authorities planned to pour kerosene and ignite to finish removal. One arrest tied to the plant was reported.
