State police investigated the death of an unidentified woman found with gasoline saturated clothing in flames at a lonely Morristown site. Trooper Leon theorized she was taken in a car to the spot, gas poured on her garments, and set afire. Enon Campbell of Bernardsville found her alive, beat out the flames, but she died at All-Scale hospital about three hours later. Several gasoline pools were noted near the scene.
