Robbers Bind Porters Ransack Theater Safe
Two unmasked men robbed a Texas Theater safe in San Angelo this morning, escaping with 600 to 700 dollars mostly in change. Cafe proprietor dies from back wound after cafe brawl

Dice Winner’s Death in Wink After Fire Attack
Sheriff says charges will be filed today in Ed Lovelace’s death at Wink Texas after he won heavily in a dice game. Four men and two women were jailed following the attack as Lovelace was set ablaze with kerosene soaked clothing and died from burns. He escaped the burning house before neighbors arrived.
