Potter County Votes in State Democratic Meet

Twelve Juvenile Girls Held in County Jail

The Potter County grand jury convened today with no report, while reports suggest focus on juvenile delinquency among girls. This week twelve juvenile girls were held in the county jail, three as witnesses in criminal attack charges against three soldiers at Amarfllo Field. In Los Angeles, February 4, actor Donald O Connor will be inducted into the Army at a salary of 1566.66 per month, as Universal Pictures increases his pay to supplement his 350 weekly army earnings.

Cost of profanity jars up in Willow Springs

County highway patrol Sgt. John Cappelleti collected profanity fines in a jar on his desk for a soldier cigarette fund. In 24 hours the jar held seven dollars sixty one cents as volunteers dropped pennies for each spoken bad word.
