Mrs Ruth M Delzell Potter County librarian told the American Business Club that a jointly funded Amarillo Potter County library is the best way to meet local needs. The county library received only a few thousand dollars this year with a maximum of about 13000. 200000 volumes circulated, 20000 books on shelves, 5000 reference volumes.
