Frank Doerfler Dies at 84 in Amarillo Home

Frank Doerfler 84 retired farmer died at 11:30 this morning in his home at 1209 West Thirteenth Avenue Amarillo Texas. He lived in Amarillo 16 years after moving from Wisconsin where he was born October 13 1858 in Fond du Lac. Survived by widow Annie Griesbach Doerfler seven sons Ray Herbert Alvin Larry Joseph Edward Frank S two sisters and one half brother Peter Nussbaum twenty seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was a Sacred Heart Cathedral member. Body at Boxwell Brothers chapel.
