Five persons arrested on theft warrants from Hobbs New Mexico were released on 1000 dollars bonds awaiting extradition hearing Saturday before Judge Grover Adams. Among the arrestees is Mrs Jesse Hodges formerly Mrs Jessie Raspasky whose husband Nick Raspasky was slain in a ride killing May 2 1933. His murder remains unsolved. Deputies also arrested Beulah Webb J I Case and Mr and Mrs Elmer Barber on New Mexico warrants.
