Utility case move refused in Washington procedure dispute
Attorney General Cummings rejects a court suggested consolidation of seven pending cases as futile in the utility government quarrel over testing the holding company act. Justice Bailey urged consolidation but Cummings insisted negotiations would be futile and ordered a week for answer briefs with government reply to follow.
