Harris a 25 year old Shamrock resident was found dead this morning about 6 o'clock beneath his overturned car one mile north of Red River bridge Harris had left his father J D Harris Twitty farmer about 5 15 to go to Shamrock where he worked for a highway construction company He was married and the father of a young child Doris Jean Bond Harris was discovered in the ditch at a sharp curve on the Shamrock road with his car overturned as details were reported by Lone Star employees.
The grand champion steer "Briarcliff Thickset" from Oakleigh Thorne sold to Abergast & Bastian of Allentown Pa for $1.27 per pound at the International Livestock Exposition in Chicago. The 1,070 pound Aberdeeen Angus fetched $1,858.90, far below last year's top price of $8.25 per pound for "Lucky Strike."
Oklahoma City reports a bank messenger named Arthur Campbell was robbed of $1,000 by a man who forced him into an alley in the downtown district today. The suspect escaped into a crowd of shoppers.

A foyer club setting features Avery Rush as interlocutor and colored waiters performing songs. The second act includes a skit titled Scandals of 1932 with O L Pottinger and Jack Porter. A cakewalk for 50 cent seats and a diamond ring prize are announced.
