Rienhardt Theater to Be Unique in U S
Report from New York outlines the planned Rienhardt Theater with a 166 foot West Fiftieth Street frontage near Cap Hel Theater. It will seat 1700 with 526 in the orchestra, feature boxes instead of balconies, elevators for patrons, and a gleaming black glass facade. The design includes a central grilled tower, modern interior finishes, and innovative safety and stage arrangements aimed at national distinction. Reinhardt is expected in New York within about a month to unveil the project.
