Panhandle sleuth Norfleet nab swindlers at cow town reunion
J Frank Norfleet, an early west Texas cowman famed for catching fraudsters, appeared at the Old-Time Cow Punchers Reunion with a snow white beard. Four California-bound con men, linked to a $117,000 El Paso area scam, were arrested by Norfleet, bringing his total to 91. 45 convicted, six awaiting trial. He may testify in San Jose cases, and his home is near Hale Center.

Simpson To Speak At Plainview Rally
