Myitkyina Falls falls to Allied forces in Burma campaign

Movie Star Jackie Cooper Faces Delinquency Charge

Four people including Jackie Cooper 22 of Beverly Hills are charged with contributing to and encouraging the delinquency of minors. The affidavits stem from a Lasalle Hotel party July 22 in South Bend Indiana. Also named are Pauline Frederic 19 George Bender a Notre Dame V-12 student and Olie Lowery a hotel waiter. Warrants will be issued for arrest and the four will be arraigned in juvenile court.
