Psychopathic Ward Escapee Still Sought in California
Frank R. Wallrath a former Long Island City trooper escaped Sunday from the psychopathic ward of Letterman Army Hospital San Francisco and remained at large. Three companions were captured within 100 miles of the city as the search spread to Southern California. Authorities fear for Wallace Williams a Fort Worth medic abducted by the escapees.
