Air Mail Fliers Tour Texas Before Service Opens

Man receives life for killing divorced wife’s husband

W. J Wrest, a seventy-year-old carpenter, was sentenced to life by a district court jury in Pallas after admitting he shot Walter Williams on a downtown street last November. The victims were Williams’s widow and the children testified Williams had not armed or harmed them.

North Amarillo Plans Viaduct Project With City Commission

A North Amarillo civic committee of forty was named to present the viaduct proposal to the city commission.
