Berlin reports Papen has been summoned to Berlin to report and a foreign office spokesman dodges talk of Turkish German relations until a communication on chrome deliveries is published.

Allied headquarters said weather restricted air activity to patrols with 80 sorties by the Mediterranean air force and no enemy planes over the battle area. One Allied plane missing.
