Hardware leaders gather for Panhandle event in Amarillo

West Texas and New Mexico retailers and travelers convene at 10 am in Amarillo led by Ed Neer of Portales as Panhandle Hardware and Implement Association launches “A Call To Arms” in a busy convention. Composer George Flack Nevin Dies at 74 in Easton

Nevin George Flack of Easton Pennsylvania died at age 74. He was a prolific composer of sacred music with cantatas sung in hundreds of churches nationwide. Among his best known works are The Adoration The Crucified and The Crown of Life, with words by his wife Mrs Lillian C Nevin. He was a first cousin of Ethelbert Nevin.

3500 Pennies Pay For Tiny Humanity In Mother’s Thrift
