Potter County officers raided Charley Deadwiley’s premises prompting a criminal appeals court ruling Wednesday to reverse and remand his one year sentence for manufacturing liquor. The court said prior raids and inflammatory language used by the prosecutor were not justified. The case of W F Green of Potter County on liquor possession was affirmed.
