Amarillo residents of all ages can have fingerprints placed on record for identification at Fifth Avenue and Polk Street near the State Theater. Deputy Sheriff Dick Vaughn and Virgil Beavers will begin Friday at 9 am. The treasury briefly abandons sterilization twice to boost credit. Last September it released 300 million dollars from the sterilized gold fund at the Federal Reserve's request to counter deflationary psychology.
