Cook set to entrain for Leavenworth after failing to gain relief from a 13 years and five months sentence and a 14000 dollar fine for oil frauds. He, aged 60, has spent 18 months in Tarrant county jail knitting and embroidery while planning clemency appeals and a possible presidential petition.
