Oil Standing in Barum Well Reported Today
Oil standing in the Barwum well in Section 37 Block Y Hutchinson county is reported this afternoon. The oil comes from six to seven hundred feet, and the bit has penetrated the sand. The well is 5,925 feet deep. earlier tools hung, drillers now work a small fishing job and expect deeper drilling in a few days.

Navy Seaplanes Missing After Pacific Flight
