Hershel Terry 22% years old 1718 East Fifteenth yesterday pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault in connection with injuries to Amarillo waitress Lor wine Grace Woodall at the Amarut Motel. Terry posted 9800 bond and said he would talk to Woodall first as authorities investigate what happened. Woodall 20 was found at Thud and Belleview early yesterday bleeding from the head and in semi conscious condition. She could not provide a coherent account. Terry claimed he was taking her home when she jumped from the car. Woodall remained under treatment at St Anthony's Hospital with improving condition.
