Police report ballistics link a 24 year old Vietnamese of Chinese descent, Miss Phung Ngoc Anh, to five killings including Americans James R. Rodgers and George F. Herold. She was arrested on charges of shooting a Nationalist Chinese intelligence officer outside his Cholon home.
