Large Quota Set On Mexican Cattle

Mexico's agriculture department announced a 200000 head cattle export quota to the United States for the balance of the year, the first since the border closure ended September 1. Observers note the quota is unusually large given pre quarantine exports of 400000 to 500000 annually. Half of that previous annual volume could be shipped in the remaining quarter.
