Athens dispatch reports the Turkish torpedo boat destroyer Yar hissar sunk today in the Sea of Marmora by an allied submarine. The action adds to allied naval pressure in the region during the ongoing conflict.
Minneapolis reports the Minnesota State Fair opens today and runs until Saturday with a total premium list of 84 967 50 the largest ever offered by any state fair in America.
