Longview Texas Sept 5 Tom Renfro 63 an old Gregg County resident was killed this morning while among a group of settlers in the Gregg County courthouse yard. Sam Bruton 33 is jailed on murder charges. The two men who lived on adjoining farms five miles north of Longview had a long running land dispute. Bruton reportedly hitching his team then approached with a shotgun and fired after approaching the men.
