Five Year Sentence for Whiskey Sale in District Court
W C Pee Wee Cantrell was found guilty of selling intoxicating liquor and received a five year suspended sentence. He and Eddie Parsley were charged. Two Killed in Woodward Crossing Collision
At a crossing five miles west of Woodward Oklahoma the Santa Fe passenger train struck a car killing May Gentry and Leo Wade both about 33. The crash at 7 pm demolished the car scattering debris over 300 feet and threw the occupants about 160 feet. Parents listed locally. Wade’s family lives in Colorado Springs.

Major Wood’s Body Found Near Plane Crash Site
A 60 hour search ends with Major John Wood, 52, dead after his racing plane’s wing exploded early Monday near Needles California. Parts Warehouse for Chevrolet Dealers in Panhandle
