Three May Die in Auto Crash Near Deming N M
Nine people were seriously injured when a touring car overturned ten miles west of Deming New Mexico. Circus Trains Bring Big Crowd to Amarillo
The Sells Floto circus arrived at midnight and plans two shows today at Tenth and Ross. Children from ages 6 to 60 filled the streets long after midnight awaiting the unload. Anxious parents phoned police for accidents but were told the crowd was at the Santa Fe watching the circus trains. The show will tour two performances, matinee at 2 and 8 p.m. without a parade today. Sanders and exotic buffalo from Poona, India arrived with the circus, described as to be shown for the first time in any circus globally.

Three bands and over a large sum participate as union men organize the citys largest Labor Day celebration. The parade forms at Third and Fillmore at noon and proceeds to Polk Tenth and Taylor. The making up includes Grand Marshal policemen firemen Central Labor Union officials American Legion drum corps Shriners Odd Fellows carpenters painters and various unions. The Sells Floto band Eli Hoovers Nat band and other groups join floats and decorated machines. A grand ball at the Nat closes the day under labor sponsorship.

Interstate approves 96 mile road across Oklahoma Texas
The Interstate Commerce Commission granted authority to construct about 96 miles of new road in Oklahoma and Texas. The Clinton and Oklahoma Western and the Clinton Oklahoma Western railroad of Texas will extend from Cheyenne Oklahoma to the Texas boundary and on to Pampa Texas connecting with the Panhandle and Santa Fe line.
