Two Drown in Lake Meredith Boat Accident
In Bugbee Canyon at Lake Meredith a 28 year old man from Kismet Kansas and his 8 year old son Terry Monroe drowned when their boat capsized. Their bodies were recovered about 1 p.m. by Hutchinson County Justice of the Peace R.8 and a National Park Service spokesman said they were found about 20 feet underwater entangled in fishing line. Rangers were investigating, with three other boats involved in the incident.

Man Killed While Recovering After Lake Winds Capsize Boat
