The State Teachers College Board of Regents said Friday that instructors salaries will remain in doubt for the school year starting in September. Board chair J. H. Sears said no salaries can be approved until legislative appropriations are made. The board, which oversees Stephen F. Austin Sam Houston State Sul Ross Southwest Texas State East Texas State and West Texas State colleges, approved faculty selections and construction contracts.
